Concept Testing

A word about concept testing:   What you say about a new product is often the basis for how it tests.  Lots of research firms simply take what the client provides, and “tests” the concepts.  We take a much more active approach to concept testing – we’ve been writing new product concepts for years and are extremely sensitive to messaging issues.  So, we’re comfortable taking the idea that is your head – and translating it into either a telephone-based concept or a written concept for an online survey.    Keep in mind that telephone and online data collection require different kinds of concept writing.

Because we’ve been testing new product and media ideas for a long time, we know how to take the findings from concept tests and provide your company with direction on the ultimate success of the product, as well as how to position it moving forward.
