Our Competitive Landscape Analysis helps companies with website redesigns and new online offerings by generating a virtual toolkit of best practices in the specific area or online application along with an overview of the opportunity areas -- tools/features that right now are not delivered successfully by the competition.
Here’s how the process works. We select 15 or more competitive websites for the analysis and review our list with your team, we develop an analytic competitive grid that lays out the attributes and features relevant to the new website or product, and then we evaluate each competitive website on these customized criteria. There’s little work required on the client side.
At the end of this evaluation period, we deliver:

» Best Practices Summary: We extract from the competitive grid the best of what’s out there – what’s most advanced what’s cutting-edge, what’s most used.
Costs for this exercise start at $20,000 for a 15 website competitive analysis and Best practices, and will increase with number of products evaluated.
